Dr. Kraft’s research interests include the diagnosis and characterization of antibiotic resistance in the microbiology laboratory, next-generation sequencing, microbiome therapeutics (fecal microbiota transplant for C. difficile infection) and healthcare innovation factors.  She played leading roles in Emory University Hospital’s responses to both Ebola and COVID-19.
